Terms of Use - My 5 Minutes

These Terms govern your use of the My 5 Minutes Android app, provided by WiBaP. By accepting these Terms in the app or continuing to use the app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to them.

1. Purpose of the app

My 5 Minutes helps users create minimum goals, track time, record completions, and review calendar history and monthly progress. It is a personal organization tool and does not guarantee any specific personal, educational, professional, health, or financial result.

2. Your goals and responsibilities

You are responsible for the goals, schedules, quantities, notes, and other information you enter. You must use the app lawfully and make your own decisions about whether a goal or activity is appropriate for you.

3. Local data

Without an active linked account and eligible cloud feature, app data is stored mainly on your device. Local data may be lost if the app is removed, app storage is cleared, or the device is reset, damaged, or replaced.

4. Google account and cloud services

Eligible features may allow you to link a Google account and synchronize app data through Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for providing accurate account information. Availability of synchronization may depend on an active Premium entitlement and network access.

5. Premium subscription

When offered, Premium may remove ads and enable cloud backup and synchronization. The price, billing period, local currency, automatic renewal terms, taxes, trial details, and available benefits are shown by Google Play before purchase. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refund eligibility are managed through Google Play under its applicable terms and local law.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription through Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or deleting your My 5 Minutes account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

6. Advertising and third-party services

The free version may display ads and may use services provided by Google AdMob, Google Sign-In, Google Play, and Supabase. Those third-party services are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Privacy

Information about data handling, account authentication, and the external deletion flow is available in the WiBAAP Privacy Policy. Use the app only if you also agree to the applicable privacy practices.

8. Account and data deletion

If you use a linked account, you can start permanent deletion from Settings > Support and Legal > Delete account and data inside the app or through the official My 5 Minutes account deletion page.

Deletion removes the linked account and associated cloud goals, completions, preferences, and history, subject only to information that must be retained for a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reason disclosed to the user. Account deletion cannot be undone and does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

9. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to breach security, interfere with the app or its services, access another person's data, impersonate another person, submit malicious requests, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the app for unlawful activities.

10. Availability and changes

WiBaP works to keep the app safe and available, but interruptions, errors, compatibility changes, feature changes, or service discontinuation may occur. Features that are still in preparation may change before public release.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WiBaP is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, loss of locally stored data, or harm caused by misuse of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app, applicable law, subscription features, or third-party services. When a change is material, the app may require acceptance of a new Terms version before continued use.
